User agreement is between Aananda Holidays and User. Aananda Holidays A Complete Travel House is register under Service Tax act of India as a Tour Operator Agent and Rent a cab company its main office 29 B, lane No.2 Khanna Nagar Jwalapur Haridwar.

This user agreement is applicable to all Aananda Service. In this agreement the user shall be to read and accept the terms & condition of Services (TOS) for each and every services. The services of Aananda Holidays are offered to the User conditioned on acceptance of all the terms, condition in this agreement as posted on the website. If the User does not agree with the Terms & Conditions, the user must not avail our services. Aananda Holidays reserved the rights to cancellation in case of invalid information from User.

Aananda Holidays disclaims that if any disputes arising in relation here to shall be deal subject to the jurisdiction only of the court of Haridwar Uttarakhand (India).
